When we announced we were cancelling our free tier few a few weeks ago, we got a lot of replies. Both publicly and privately, and we’d like to thank you all for the kind & valuable feedback we’ve been given!

One overwhelming theme was the request for a smaller DNS Spy plan, to monitor less sites, that doesn’t start at 9.99€/month.

We’re introducing the ‘Light’ plan

To accommodate those users we introduced the Light plan, which starts at 4.99€/month and allows you to monitor up to 3 domains.

If you reach the limit of that plan, you can upgrade to the Standard plan, which comes in at 9.99€/month.

Besides the 3 domain limit, there are no differences between the Light and Standard plan, other than a slightly more limited history for the smallest account.

You get all the same DNS monitoring benefits, like out-of-sync notifications, CNAME resolving, our DNS-record-auto-detecter (we should probably get a cooler name for this), automatic back-ups and exports of your zone files & more.

If you’re currently on the Standard plan, and happen to have 3 domains, you can downgrade to the Light plan right from your dashboard.
