One Dashboard, Every Client

Without Domain Groups, managing 50 client domains means scrolling through a flat list — no separation between clients, no aggregated view, no way to answer "how are Acme Corp's domains doing?" without checking each one individually.

Domain Groups change that. Create a group per client, per environment, or per project. Each group gets its own Security Center with an aggregated letter grade, phishing variant summary, security posture metrics, and domain health breakdown. One click, complete visibility.

What You Get Per Group

Per-Group Security Center

Each group gets its own Security Center page with aggregated check results, weighted scoring, and letter grades. See at a glance which client or environment has outstanding security issues.

Aggregated Security Scores

The group's security score combines all member domains into a single weighted score with a letter grade (A–F). Track improvement over time and compare groups against each other.

Group-Level Phishing Tracking

See phishing variant statistics across all domains in a group — total variants, active threats, new discoveries, and status breakdowns. Essential for MSPs managing brand protection per client.

Security Posture Metrics

Understand security record adoption across the group: what percentage of domains have DNSSEC, CAA, SPF, and DMARC configured. Identify gaps across an entire client portfolio in seconds.

Health Score Breakdown

See how domains in each group distribute across health tiers — excellent, good, fair, and poor. Quickly identify which domains are dragging the group's score down.

RFC Compliance Metrics

Track what percentage of domains in each group are fully RFC-compliant. Surface non-compliant domains that need attention without checking them one by one.

How Teams Organize Their Domains

MSPs: One Group Per Client

Create a Domain Group for each client. Every client gets their own Security Center score, phishing variant dashboard, and security posture view. When the client asks "how are our domains doing?" you have a single letter grade and a detailed breakdown ready to share.

Enterprise: Group by Environment

Separate production, staging, and development domains into different groups. Production domains might need strict security posture (DNSSEC, CAA, DMARC), while dev domains have looser requirements. Different groups, different baselines, same dashboard.

Agencies: Group by Project or Brand

When you manage domains across multiple brands or projects, Domain Groups keep everything organized. See which brand has the most phishing variants, which project's domains are approaching expiration, and which group needs SSL certificate renewals.

Portfolio Owners: Group by Region or Business Unit

Large domain portfolios benefit from geographic or business-unit grouping. Compare security scores between regions, track compliance adoption by division, and ensure no business unit falls behind on DNS security hygiene.

Frequently Asked Questions

Domain Groups let you organize your monitored domains into logical collections — by client, environment, business unit, or any other grouping that makes sense for your workflow. Each group gets its own Security Center view, aggregated security score, phishing variant tracking, and security posture metrics.

There is no limit on the number of Domain Groups. A single domain can also belong to multiple groups — for example, a domain could be in both a "Client: Acme Corp" group and a "Production" group simultaneously.

Yes. Domains and groups have a many-to-many relationship. This lets you create overlapping organizational structures — geographic groups, client groups, environment groups — without duplicating domains.

Each Domain Group provides: aggregated Security Center scores with letter grades, per-group Security Center with all check results across member domains, phishing variant statistics (total, active, new), security posture metrics (DNSSEC, CAA, SPF, DMARC coverage percentages), overall health scores with breakdown (excellent/good/fair/poor), and RFC compliance metrics.

Domain Groups are available on all paid plans. The feature is included in the 7-day free trial. Enterprise plan users get additional group-level capabilities including Phishing Sentinel variant tracking per group and advanced Security Center checks.

Yes — this is one of the primary use cases. Create a group per client, and each client gets their own Security Center score, security posture dashboard, and domain inventory. The aggregated letter grade makes it easy to communicate security status to non-technical stakeholders.

Each Domain Group has its own dedicated Security Center page that aggregates all security check results across member domains. You can filter by category and status, see which domains in the group have failing checks, and track the group's overall security score. This is the same Security Center experience as account-wide and individual domain views, scoped to the group.

Notifications are configured at the team level and apply to all domains regardless of group membership. Domain Groups are primarily an organizational and reporting tool — they help you visualize and manage your portfolio, while notification channels handle the alerting.
